This iteration of Herb the Battle Unicorn -- The Action Figure is titled "About Time Herb". Very clearly it's about time. The passing of, memory, and ultimately change. When you think about time, it's always relative, however this Herb would seem to bear a message concerning an inevitable, irresistible re-ordering. Of course, the story is developing.
